P-580Tackifying Resin

I. Introduction

Tackifying ResinPEXANOL P-580 is an aromatically modified tackifying resin, primarily used in neoprene adhesives. It significantly enhances bonding strength and toughness, increases the transparency and stability of the adhesive, and is also used in SBS, SIS, SEBS type adhesives and TPR, rubber treatment agents. It offers advantages such as white color, resistance to yellowing, and high transparency.

(1)Polymers: SBS, SIS, SEBS, neoprene, graft copolymers with MMA, or PU solutions.

IV. Applications

(1) P-580 tackifying resin is used as a tackifier in neoprene adhesives, effectively improving the adhesion of grafted adhesives on substrate surfaces. The usage amount is 2-5 % of the total adhesive.

(2) P-580 tackifying resin is used as a tackifier in SBS, SIS, SEBS type adhesives, effectively enhancing the cohesion and bonding strength of the adhesive. The usage amount is 2-5 % of the total adhesive.

V. Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. When the temperature is between 15-25℃, it can be stored for at least three years.

VI. Packaging: Packed in kraft paper bags lined with PE plastic bags, each bag with a net weight of 25 kilograms.
