Operation and Setup of the Galvanized Coating Adhesion Winding Tester

1. Set the number of winding turns according to the wire: Turn on the power, enter the setup interface, and directly input the number of winding turns and the winding speed.

2. Insert one end of the wire sample into the mandrel socket, and the other end into the tension locking device and tighten the screw.

3. Press the "Test" button to start winding; winding stops when the set number of turns is reached.

Test Method for Adhesion Performance of Galvanized (Zinc-Aluminum Alloy) Coating

1. Sample Preparation

1.1 Use wires of the same diameter as the mesh wires, galvanized (zinc-aluminum alloy) under the same process conditions as the mesh, with three samples galvanized simultaneously. The length of each sample should not be less than the specifications in Table B.1. Before testing, the samples may be straightened. If manual straightening is not possible, place the sample on a wooden, plastic, or copper backing plate and gently straighten it with a wooden or rubber hammer. The sample surface should not be damaged after straightening.

1.2 Use steel plates of the same thickness as the tested column, galvanized under the same process conditions, with three plates galvanized simultaneously.
