JHL41X Multi-Function Check Valve
Product Overview:
The JHL41X multi-function check valve consists of components such as the valve body, valve seat, valve stem, spring, and valve disc. When the pump is started, the valve disc rises due to water thrust, opening the valve. Simultaneously, the spring is compressed and quickly closes when the water flow approaches zero, ensuring the valve disc is fully closed. This prevents water backflow, eliminates dynamic effects, and avoids water hammer. It effectively performs three functions: check, shut-off, and balancing.
Product Application:
This valve is installed in general buildings, apartments, factories, water supply and drainage systems, cold and hot water treatment, and boiler condensate systems. It is used at the pump outlet of secondary water supply pipelines to prevent medium backflow caused by pump shutdown.
