Working Principle:

The working principle of the PP scrubber involves introducing acid-base exhaust gas from the bottom inlet of the tower, where it passes upward through the packing layer. The circulating water pump delivers the circulating chemical solution into the tower, which is then sprayed as a mist from the spray layer to wet the packing, forming a dynamic absorption liquid film on the surface of the packing. Under the action of the fan, the exhaust gas comes into countercurrent contact with the circulating water in gas and liquid phases. Pollutants are absorbed by the circulating water, and the purified gas is discharged from the top outlet of the PP scrubber after passing through a demisting device to remove water mist.
