Then, clean the working surface of the inspection platform thoroughly and use it only after confirming no issues. Installation and debugging of the cast iron T-slot platform must be inspected. The weight of the blast door should not exceed the rated load capacity of the platform. In practice, primary austenite dendrites in gray cast iron function somewhat like reinforcement bars in concrete, significantly influencing the mechanical properties of the cast iron. Most ductile iron T-slot platforms are eutectic or slightly hypereutectic in composition. According to the equilibrium phase diagram, primary austenite should not form, so research on ductile iron has focused less on primary austenite compared to gray cast iron. However, under industrial production conditions, the solidification of ductile iron occurs under non-equilibrium conditions, and primary austenite dendrites precipitate before transformation, playing a role that cannot be ignored.
Support the cast iron T-slot platform with properly placed and leveled support points to ensure even force distribution and overall stability. Position the platform support frame appropriately and gently shake it. If unstable, adjust the foot cups at the base until the frame is steady. Leveling: Initially adjust each support foot to ensure even force distribution. Use a level measuring instrument to check the horizontality of the cast iron T-slot platform and finely adjust the relevant support points. After initial leveling, let it sit for 24 hours, then recheck the platform's level with the measuring instrument.
