Application

　　The SXY type belt filter press is an intermittently operated pressure filtration equipment, widely used in chemical, metallurgical, mineral processing, dye, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions and dehydration treatment of industrial wastewater sludge. It can effectively filter suspensions with solid particle sizes above 5 micrometers and solid concentrations of 0.1-60%, as well as colloidal materials that are difficult to filter. When the filter chamber is equipped with a squeezing diaphragm, the moisture content of the filter cake is reduced by 5-20% compared to those without a squeezing diaphragm.
