Elastic Filler

    Elastic filler features rapid biofilm attachment, easy detachment, excellent biofilm growth and renewal, high resistance to shock loads, high CODcr removal rate, effective treatment performance, superior oxygenation capability, multi-level bubble collision and intensive cutting that significantly improve oxygen transfer and utilization.

The total oxygen transfer coefficient, oxygenation capacity, and oxygenation efficiency are superior to various commonly used domestic fillers, outperforming soft fillers by over one order of magnitude, reducing power consumption. With a novel structure, large effective specific surface area, no clumping or clogging, long service life, and reusability, it is easy to manage in production operations. It demonstrates strong adaptability with good treatment effects for low-concentration domestic sewage, medium-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, oily wastewater, high-concentration food industry wastewater, and chemical wastewater.
