Fire Truck Outrigger PadsSpecial Vehicle Compression-Resistant Outrigger PadsOutrigger pads are mainly used under the outriggers of construction machinery to provide support. They have high strength and stiffness, reducing deformation under load and offering more stable support for construction machinery. This greatly saves usage costs and improves work quality.

Outrigger pads consist of a plate-like pad body and a hand rope. The plate-like pad body is made of UHMW/HDPE polymer composite material through compression molding. The PE polymer composite pad can support 15-18 tons/cm at the four corners with a 60mm thickness, functioning normally in harsh environments and bending without breaking under overload. The hand rope, made of nylon, has its ends embedded in the pad body for easy transport and placement. Outrigger pads made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene offer even greater load-bearing capacity, up to 10-300 tons.
