TMC-2B Solar Collector Testing System Product Features 

  1. *Technology (ZL 201520105116.1), designed with international standard performance, meets national standard testing requirements, achieves advanced international technology, and supports both closed and open testing methods. It has obtained a qualified test comparison report from the Solar Testing Center according to the international standard ISO9806.

  2. Each station has the function of testing steady-state efficiency at four uniformly distributed operating points within an ambient temperature range of up to 70°C.

  3. High intelligence, low failure rate, high testing accuracy, stable performance, and high labor efficiency. The testing system uses PLC and American LABVIEW software for a programmable fully automatic master control system, with both manual and automatic testing modes, and features mutual conversion and interlocking functions.

  4. The testing system uses imported 1/10B grade chips, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.05°C, ensuring high-precision requirements for solar collector thermal performance testing.

  5. *Flow regulation system: Uses Siemens automatic electromagnetic regulating valves + Yokogawa electromagnetic flowmeters + Yokogawa regulation control system, providing uniform five distributed steady-state operating water flow control feedback signals and data for each solar collector station, ensuring steady-state flow and pressure testing.

  6. Strict EMC Class A reliability verification and special anti-interference design prevent real-time temperature and flow value fluctuations and inaccuracies caused by interference during testing.

  7. FSP10 total radiation sensor: Offers accuracy and stability comparable to the Kipp&Zonen CMP21 secondary standard pyranometer, with 2% accuracy, ensuring more accurate collector efficiency and solar guarantee rates, and higher energy efficiency grades.

  8. Safety delay protection function to prevent idling and dry burning.

  9. Flow and pressure system, Siemens automatic electromagnetic regulating valves, ensure measurement accuracy and steady-state testing conditions.
