Acid and alkali resistant solenoid valves are primarily used for working media such as water or liquids, enabling automatic or remote control of the on/off state of pipelines carrying water, oil, liquid, and other working media. The valve core adopts a stainless steel piston type, and the piston ring will not be jammed by impurities in the medium, further enhancing the lifespan and reliability of the solenoid valve. It can sustain frequent operation, with high dynamic sealing performance and a long service life.

Normally Closed Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot port opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot port closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized through the piston throttle orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, closing the solenoid valve.

Normally Open Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot port closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized through the piston throttle orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot port opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.

Note: If the outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the medium may reverse conduct. A check valve can be installed.

1. All internal components of the solenoid valve are made of stainless steel, manufactured using CNC machining centers, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and good product interchangeability.

2. The piston ring is made of a special wear-resistant material, flexible and not easily jammed by impurities in the medium. It features automatic gap compensation and high dynamic sealing performance.

3. The metal piston and metal valve chamber do not directly rub against each other, extending the piston's lifespan and allowing continuous operation for over a million cycles.

4. The installation orientation of the valve body is unrestricted; it can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or at an angle.

5. The coil is not easily burned out. The reasonable sealing structure ensures better sealing performance.

6. After long periods of inactivity, the valve restarts with the same sensitivity.
