PAPEMP Polyamino Polyether Methylene Phosphonic Acid is the latest generation of water treatment agent, featuring high chelating and dispersing properties, excellent calcium tolerance, and outstanding scale inhibition performance. This agent can be used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems, particularly suitable for high hardness, high alkalinity, and high pH circulating cooling water systems, as well as oilfield water treatment.

Product Performance

(1) High calcium tolerance with excellent scale inhibition performance against calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and calcium sulfate.

(2) PAPEMP BP-8W19 can effectively inhibit the formation of silica scale.

(3) Good stabilization effect on metal ions (such as zinc, manganese, iron).

(4) PAPEMP BP-8W19 is suitable for high hardness, high alkalinity, and high pH circulating cooling water systems, as well as oilfield water treatment.

Product Parameters

Usage Method: The normal dosage of PAPEMP is 5-100 mg/L. Unlike other agents, higher dosages yield better results. When used in combination with polycarboxylic acids, higher dosages can achieve high concentration multiple operation.

Application Areas

Used as a membrane scale inhibitor in reverse osmosis systems, scale and corrosion inhibitor in multi-stage flash systems with high salt content, high turbidity, and high temperature (such as scale inhibition in high-temperature, high-turbidity water systems of coal gasification systems), textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, papermaking auxiliaries (yellowing inhibitors), and as a substitute for EDTA, DTPA, NTA, etc.
