FTM - Water-Cooled Laser Displacement Sensor

I. Product Introduction:

The water-cooled laser displacement sensor utilizes a water circulation system to create a suitable working environment for the sensor in extreme conditions (high or low temperatures). The operating temperature range of the sensor is -50°C to +200°C. The sensor is equipped with water inlet and outlet ports; simply connect it to a circulating water source during operation.

1. Measuring distances of various objects using a reflector;

2. High-temperature objects can be measured with a filter;

3. Explosion-proof housing can be used in hazardous environments;

4. A swing motor can be used for 2D profile measurement.

V. Maintenance and Care

1. Clean and keep dry.

2. Blow dust off the lens surface.

3. Do not touch the lens with fingers.

4. Use only a clean, soft cloth for wiping. If necessary, moisten the cloth with pure alcohol or water.

5. If the instrument gets wet accidentally, do not expose it to direct sunlight; allow it to air dry.

6. If not in use for an extended period, turn off the power to avoid affecting its lifespan.
