Appearance Description:

White powder or granules with a fatty odor, hygroscopic in air. Easily soluble in water (unlike domestic products which are difficult to dissolve), improves washability. The aqueous solution is alkaline due to hydrolysis.

Decomposes into stearic acid and corresponding sodium salts when exposed to acid.

Main Applications:

1. Detergent: Used to control foam during rinsing and improve the washability of detergents.

2. Emulsifier or Dispersant: Used in the emulsification of polymers and in antioxidants. In cleaning agents, it has super strong degreasing and wax removal effects, making it a key auxiliary material in commonly used degreasing powders and wax removal powders in the domestic market.

3. Corrosion Inhibitor: Imparts protective properties in polyethylene packaging films.

4. Adhesive: Used as a natural rubber adhesive for re-pasting paper sheets.
