Melt-Blown Grade ECTFE Resin

1.Product Introduction

Melt-blown grade ECTFE resin is a white powdered resin with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and ultra-high melt fluidity. It can be used to prepare high-strength ECTFE melt-blown membranes via the melt-blown process for applications such as filtration of etching solutions in the microelectronics industry, separation and purification of antibiotics, and decolorization of syrups.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, production date, etc. Special packaging requirements shall be negotiated between the supplier and the customer.

3.3Storage

It should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent clumping of the resin and contamination by moisture, dust, or other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation. It should be protected from moisture and severe vibration during transit.
